摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸舍曲林配合男性外生殖器治疗仪治疗功能性早泄。方法75例功能性早泄患者随机均分为盐酸舍曲林＋男性外生殖器治疗仪纽（A组）和单纯男性外生殖器治疗仪纽（B组），记录患者治疗前后阴道内射精潜伏期并进行组内和纽间比较，同时记录夫妻对性生活的满意程度。结果治疗前A组合B组男性阴道内射精潜伏期分别为（0．78±0．22）、（0．81±0．23）min，治疗后分别为（3．66．±0．61）、（1．87±0．35）min，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。在夫妻对性生活满意度方面，盐酸舍曲林＋男性外生殖器治疗仪组优于单纯男性外生殖器治疗仪组（P〈0．05）。结论盐酸舍曲林＋男性外生殖器治疗仪在治疗功能性早泄方面有一定应用前景。Objective To study efficacy of sertraline hydrochloride comined with male genitalia therapeutic equipment against functional premature ejaculation （PE）. Methods 75 PE patients were divided into two groups randomly：A group （sertraline hydrochloride comined with male genitalia therapeutic equipment）and B group（ male genitalia therapeutic equipment alone）, lntra- vaginal ejaculation latency time （IELT） and the coitus satisfaction of the patient and the partne were recorded before and after treatment. Results The IELTs of the two groups were （0. 78 ± 0. 22） , （0. 81 ± 0. 23 ） minutes respectively before treatment, and （ 3.66. ± 0. 61 ）, （ 1.87 ±0. 35 ） minutes respectively after treatment. As for IELT and satisfaction degree,A group produced better result than B group. Conclusion During this clinical trial, sertraline hydro- chloride comined with male genitalia therapeutic equipment may be helpful for the treatment of functional premature ejaculation.
