摘　　要：目的探讨药品采购计划的优化。方法对药品进行分类管理，建立完善ABC药品分类控制系统。结果降低采购资金，降低药品相对库存数量保证了I临床用药的正常周转。结论药品采购计划的优化应用，对药品采购工作作用明显，充分提高了采购效率。Objective Drug purchase program optimization. Methods Make a drug category management and establish a perfect con- trol of ABC drug classification system. Results To reduce procurement funds, reduce the number of drugs relative inventory to ensure the nor- mal ,turnover of the clinical use of drugs. Conclusion Drug purchase program optimization applications, obvious effect of drug procurement, fully improve procurement efficiency.
