摘　　要：目的探讨强化实验室文档建设与管理的措施及意义。方法分析了实验室文档建设中的主要问题,构建实验室文档内容,探讨强化实验室文档建设的措施。结果实验室文档建设与管理过程中,存在着意识淡薄、制度不健全、缺乏专业人员、管理不规范和缺乏开放性等问题。实验室文档内容包括行政档案、教学档案、技术档案、物资档案和信息档案。并提出了加强实验室文档建设的主要措施。结论实验室文档建设与管理对推动实验室管理的规范化、制度化、专业化和科学化有积极的作用。Objective To explore the measures and significance of construction and management of the laboratory documents. Methods The problems in laboratory-document management were analyzed,the contents of documents were constructed,and the measures of the management were strengthened. Results In the construction and management of laboratory documents,there were problems of lack of consciousness,perfect system,professional staff,standard management and open.Laboratory documents included files of administration,teaching,technology,article,and information.The key measures strengthening the construction was proposed. Conclusion The construction and management of the laboratory documents have a positive effect in promotion of the standardization,systematization,specialization and scientization for laboratory management.
