阶梯式留置尿道支架管治疗尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄病儿的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨阶梯式留置尿道支架管治疗尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄的效果。方法对2000—2010年82例尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄病儿在进行尿道扩张同时阶梯式留置尿道支架管,观察治疗的效果。结果 82例病儿治愈69例(85%),其余13例再次行狭窄段切开尿道成形术。结论在进行尿道扩张同时阶梯式增加留置尿道支架管的管径治疗尿道狭窄早期效果满意,术后6个月以上经上述方法扩张失败者则应行狭窄段尿道切开尿道成形术。Objective To investigate the therapeutic result of multistep indwelling urethral stenting（MIUS） for urethral stricture after surgery for hypospadias. Methods From 2000 to 2010,82 children with urethral stricture after surgery for hypospadias received indwelling urethral catheter at urethral sounding.The outcome was observed. Results Of the 82 sick kids treated,69 were cure（85%）,and the other 13 underwent secondary incision of the stricture and urethroplasty. Conclusion Multistep increasing the caliber of indwelling urethral stent while dilating the urethra can gain a satisfied result for urethral stricture treatment.For those failed after more than six months of above management,a secondary urethroplasty should be undertaken.
