摘 要:目的探讨壮骨颗粒对骨折愈合的影响。方法新西兰大白兔42只,于兔左侧桡骨中段做3 mm骨缺损,然后随机分为壮骨颗粒组、伤科接骨片组和生理盐水组,术后1 d开始给药。在第4、6、8周进行X线观察,第4、8周行病理组织学检查。结果 X线片评分半定量分析显示,壮骨颗粒组骨折愈合速度明显快于伤科接骨片组和生理盐水组(F=8.97、10.44,q=2.599~10.391,P<0.05);壮骨颗粒组Ⅰ型胶原表达明显强于伤科接骨片组和生理盐水组(F=50.63、85.89,P<0.05)。结论壮骨颗粒有明显促进骨折愈合作用。Objective To study the influence of Zhuanggu granula on the union of fracture. Methods A 3 mm-width bone defect on the middle of left radial in 42 New-Zealand rabbits was created,which were randomized to Zhuanggu granula group(group A),Shangke Jiegu tablet group(group B),and normal saline group(group C).Medication started from the first day after surgery.An X-ray examination was carried out 4th,6th,and 8th week,and histology check on 4th and 8th week. ResultsSemi-quantitative analysis of an X-ray film showed callus formation was faster in group A than that in both groups B and C(F=8.97,10.44;q=2.599-10.391;P0.05),and collagen Ⅰexpressions in group A was also stronger than that in both groups B and C(F=50.63,85.89;P0.05). Conclusion Zhuanggu granula possesses a manifest action to promote union of fracture.
