路面加速加载试验设备控制系统的研究

摘　　要：详细介绍了路面加速加载试验设备的主控制系统及数据采集系统。该控制系统自动化程度高、人机界面友好、稳定性好,可以在线检测工作温度、环境温度、压力及速度等参数,并能够实时显示、存储、打印。运行结果表明,系统安装、维护方便,操作简单,测量精度高,运行可靠。Focusing on self-developed highway accelerated loading testing facility, the control system and the data acquisition system are introduced in details. The system has the advantage of high automation, friendly human-computer interface, and steady performance. It can measure the parameters of the temperature, pressure and velocity in real time. The related parameters can be displayed on time, saved and printed. The experimental operation shows that the system is characterized by easy fixing and maintaining, convenient operating, highly accurate measure, and reliable operation.
