摘　　要：近年随着经济的发展,由于火灾引起的建筑结构损害的问题也日益增多,火灾后为了解火灾对建筑物的损害程度,建筑物是否需进行加固补强或拆除重建,就必须进行科学的检测和鉴定,笔者根据多年的检测实践经验,结合实例从建筑物的基本情况调查入手,进而对火灾后现场的勘察情况、检测内容、依据及结构受损情况评定等进行阐述,为其修复或重建提供依据。In recent years with the development of economic construction,the problems of building structures after fire are increasing. To understand the consequence of fire buildings,and whether need strengthening building or demolish rebuild it necessary to carry out sei- entitle inspection and assessment. According to years of engineering experience,from the basic situation of fire building,The author presents an analysis on the fire investigation,inspection,standards and the structural assessment,to provide basis for strengthening or demolish.
