摘　　要：首先分析了连云港旅游业存在的问题,即旅游产品消费不均衡,以观光为主;经济效益低,大旅游运行机制尚未健全;缺少保护文化遗产和生态环境的法律法规。其次,基于可持续发展的思考,分析了连云港旅游业可持续发展所具备的条件。最后,指出连云港市相关部门应通过加强区域经济合作,推进旅游开发一体化,准确选择目标市场,开发特色旅游项目,加强旅游产品的宣传力度,构建旅游企业优质服务体系,强化旅游市场管理,以期为相关部门提供决策参考。The problems of Lianyungang＇s tourism were analyzed,including the unbalanced consumption of tourist products,low benefit,the incomplete operational mechanism of macro tourism,and the defect of laws and regulations protecting the cultural heritage and ecological environment. On such a basis,the conditions and strategies for the sustainable development of local tourist industry were put forward. These strategies include the enhancement of regional cooperation,promotion of the integration of tourist exploration,accurate selection of target markets,development of special tourist projects,strengthening of the publicity of tourist products,formulation of a good service system,and the improvement of management. Such a study can provide references for the decision making of pertinent organs.
