摘 要:以连续式热解装置为实验平台,藁城和府谷煤为原料,石英砂为热载体,考察了460~520℃范围内热解所得气、液产物收率、组成和性质的变化规律.结果表明,在考察的温度范围内,提高热解温度,热解气、液产物收率增加,液体产物收率最高可达12%左右.热解温度对热解产物中不凝气组成影响显著,热解煤气热值高达25MJ/Nm3以上.焦油组分中酚衍生物含量最高,稠环烃、芳香烃、链烃组分的含量也较高,酚含量随热解温度增高有所降低,而芳烃含量则显著提高.根据实验结果提出了酚-芳烃转化的可能路径.The pyrolysis of Gaocheng and Fugu coals in the temperature range from 460 to 520 ℃, heated by solid heat carrier of quartz sand, was investigated in a continuous pyrolytic apparatus. The yields, composition and characteristics of gas and liquid products were analyzed. The results show that within the temperature range, the yields of gas and liquid increase with increasing pyrolytic temperature, and the maximum liquid yield is about 12%. The gas composition obviously varies with pyrolytic temperature, and the heating value of coal gas is above 25 MJ/m3. The tar is in abundance of phenol derivatives, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, benzene derivatives, and chain hydrocarbons are also found at higher content. The content of benzene derivatives increases with increasing temperature, but the content of phenols decreases with it. Based on the results, a simplified reaction route from phenol derivatives to aromatics has been proposed.
