摘　　要：经费短缺问题长期以来一直制约着图书馆事业的发展。从文献购置经费是文献资源建设的核心问题入手,分析了当前文献资源建设所面临的经费困境,进一步探讨了在经费紧缺的情况下如何做好文献资源建设工作。Shortage of funds has long been a constraint to the development of the library.This acquisition is funded from the literature the core issue of Literature Resources Construction analyzes the current literature and resources,the funding difficulties faced by the construction,and further discussed the situation of shortage of funds,how to properly document resources building.
