摘　　要：分专业查新根据查新人员的主要进行课题分配,有利于发挥查新人员的专业优势,还可以根据学科特点,建立相应的专业信息库,为今后查新奠定基础,同时为科研课题提供信息咨询服务。The model of scientific and technological achievements by specialty is distributing project according to the retrieval person ‘ s special subject.This model is valuable in giving full scope of retrieval person,and is helpful to build special databases.Thus it can lay a solid foundation for future Novelty Search and information consult for future.
