基于开放存取的中、小型高校图书馆发展策略探讨

摘　　要：开放存取作为一种新型的出版模式已经逐渐为高校用户所了解,但对中、小型高校图书馆来说,却是新生事物。从认识开放存取入手,分析了开放存取的特征,并阐述了开放存取对中、小型高校图书馆产生的影响,以及应采取的相应措施。As a new Publishing Mode,Open Access plays an important role in Domestic university libraries.However,it is unacquainted for the libraries of small and medium-sized Universities.The thesis begins with the knowledge to open access and then analyses its characteristics.Besides,the thesis states open access＇s impact on the small and medium-sized university libraries and their relevant measures.
