摘　　要：以本校图书馆为例,分析了图书馆图书流通工作存在的问题,即"在馆"图书的"拒借"原因。提出了减少拒借的重要意义和必要性,并提出减少拒借率,必须加强采编部门、网络管理部门特别是流通部门工作人员责任心等方法和策略。The paper takes the college I worked as example,analyzing the problem in library circulation,that is,the borrowing rejected of ＂in library＂ book.Put forwarding the significance and necessity of reducing books＇ borrowing rejected ratio.And in order to reduce the ratio,we must take all kinds of methods and strategy to solve the problem,for example,strengthen the responsibility of editorial department,network management,especially the circulation department and other staff.
