摘　　要：主要对英国上下议会图书馆历史演变的过程进行了梳理与探讨,此外还就美国国会图书馆、日本国会图书馆及爱尔兰议会图书馆的发展历程进行了介绍与分析,并从中得出一些经验与教训,希望对我国图书馆的发展有所启发。The paper had combed and discussed the historical evolution of parliamentary library in British,in addition to the U.S.In addition,it makes an introduction and analyzes the development process of Congress Library of U.S.A,the Japanese Diet Library and the Library of the Irish Parliament,and gains some experience to be beneficial to the development of the library in China.
