摘　　要：对浙江省68所高校图书馆的网上咨询服务进行比较和分析,找出在服务方式上存在的差异并提出解决的方法。By conparison and analysis with the service pattern on consultation on net of 68 university libraries,the paper has introduced the differences of service pattern and put forward suggestions on means to deal with the problmes.
