摘　　要：新修改的《律师法》对律师的执业权利作出了新的规定,这为律师依法独立执业提供了基本保障。但由于我国立法的缺陷和传统观念、司法体制的限制,导致律师执业活动中的阅卷难、会见难、调查取证难并未得到真正扭转。本文针对这些问题,提出了完善律师执业权利保障的策略。The new modified＂Lawyer Law＂make a new provision to the lawyers＇ rights,it provides basic protection to lawyers＇ independent practice.Because of our country＇s legislative shortcomings and traditional conventions,restricted judicial structure result in many difficulties in reading,meeting,investigation and collecting evidences when they practice and haven＇t reserved.This paper aim at these problems and propose strategies of improving the lawyers＇ practice rights.
