补肾法对颈动脉粥样硬化患者自由基代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾中药对颈动脉粥样硬化患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度和自由基代谢的影响。方法:将125例颈动脉粥样硬化患者随机分为治疗组64例,对照组61例,对照组口服舒降之和肠溶阿司匹林,治疗组口服补肾汤,治疗3个月后观察两组患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后颈动脉平均斑块数量、颈动脉管腔直径、平均斑块面积以及SOD活性明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA含量明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后颈动脉平均斑块数量、平均斑块面积以及SOD活性、MDA含量均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾中药可显著调节颈动脉粥样硬化患者自由基代谢,抗氧化损伤,显著抑制颈动脉硬化。Objective：To observe the effect of Bushen medicine on the free radical metabolism of patients with the carotid atherosclerosis.Methods：125 case of patients with the carotid atherosclerosis divided into two groups randomly,64 cases of the treatment group was treated by Bushen medicine,and 61 cases of the control group was treated by Zocor and enteric coated aspirin,to observe the degree of artherosclerosis and the activity of superoxide dismutase（SOD） and the content of malonaldehyde（MDA） in serum of patients. Results：Compared with before treatment,the quantity of plaque,diameter of canalis caroticus,an area of plaque and the activity of SOD were decreased and the content of MDA were increased obviously in serum of two groups（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） ;compared with control group,the quantity of plaque,an area of plaque and the activity of SOD and the content of MDA were different obviously in treatment groups（P〈0.05） . Conclusion：Bushen medicine could regulate the free radical metabolism of the carotid atherosclerosis to inhibit carotid arthrosclerosis through restraining oxidative damage damage.
