摘　　要：桂枝汤是《伤寒论》的第一要方,具有解肌发汗、滋阴和阳、调和营卫之功用,临床只要辨证准确,桂枝汤加减治疗外感、内伤疾病均可获良效。Guizhi decoction is the first invaluable prescription of Treatise on Cold-induced Febrile Diseases,with the function of Nourishing yin and Harmonizing yang,regulating ying and wei.If the distinguishing pattern is accurate in clinic,Guizhi decoction has better effect on treating exogenous and internal diseases.
