三七总皂苷注射剂改善老年人痹证疼痛及生命质量的研究

摘　　要：目的:全面评价三七总皂苷注射剂缓解老年人痹证疼痛的疗效以及提高老年人生活质量的情况。方法:随机分为基础治疗对照组和三七叶总皂苷注射液治疗组各30例,对入选病例进行治疗前后疼痛和生活质量评分,记录不良反应及止痛起效时间。结果(:1)两组患者治疗后疼痛评分显著降低,治疗组比对照组疼痛程度显著降低。治疗组止痛起效明显快于对照组,临床有效率也明显优于对照组。(2)治疗后两组SF-36生活量表在身体疼痛、精力、社会功能上分数均有显著改善;三七叶总皂苷组在生理职能、精神健康、情感职能、总分方面也有显著改善,基础治疗组也也有改善。但效果不及治疗组明显。结论:三七叶总皂苷组不仅止痛疗效明显,还能明显改善痹病老年人的生活质量。Objective：Overall evaluation of saponins of panax notoginseng（PNS） on alleviating Bi syndrome pain as well as on improving life quality of senior.Methods：patients are randomly selected to two groups：control group and saponins of PNS group.Each group includes 30 patients.Period of treatment is 10 days.Grade all patients in the following index：degree of pain,life quality,untoward effects and pain relieve effecting time.Result（：1） The VAS scores is significantly decreased in both groups,while the saponins of PnS group has significant lower VAS scores and shorter pain relieve effecting time than the control group（.2） SF-36 health survey showed an improvement with both groups in BP,VT and SF.Saponins of PNS group also shown a significant improvement in RP,MH,RE and Total grade point.The control group also has an improvement.But the effect is worse than PNS group.Conclusion：Saponins of panax notoginseng（PNS） can significantly increase the effect of pain killing,improve Bi syndrome senior life quality,and decrease pain grading.
