摘　　要：目的:观察有限接触动力加压钢板(Limited contact dynamic compression plate,LC-DCP)治疗四肢长管状骨骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾性研究辽宁中医药大学第一附属医院骨二科于2007年11月——2009年5月收治的LC-DCP内固定的四肢长管状骨骨折34例(38处骨折),其中新鲜骨折26例,陈旧性骨折6例,开放性骨折2例。采用瑞士AO组织的有限接触动力加压钢板治疗。结果:34例均获得随访(3～18个月),除1例仍住院治疗(不全瘫),其余已恢复正常生活及工作。平均骨折愈合时间为12周,无感染、内固定松动及断裂病例发生。结论:有限接触动力加压钢板(LC-DCP)治疗四肢长管状骨骨折,其操作简单,固定可靠,稳定性强,有利于骨折愈合,术后并发症少。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the limited contact dynamic compression plate in treating long bone shaft fractures.Methods：From November 2007 to May 2009,34 long bone shaft fractures were treated with the LC-DCP in First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,including 26 new fractures;6 old fractures and 2 open fracture.Results：All of 34 patients were followed up for 3～18 months postoperatively.Except for 1 patient is still hospitalized（incomplete paralysis）,the rest fractures healed within the period of follow-up without looseness of intemal fixators or infection at fracture sites.The average healing time was 12 weeks.Conclusion：The LC-DCP fixation is not only a simple and reliable procedure to treat long bone shaft fractures but also can get satisfactory effects and lower complications.
