摘　　要：在介绍智能网业务及业务特征的基础上，建立起以数据为中心的软件结构，并用面向对象模型技术建立起智能网业务特征的模型，最后以８００号（对方付费）业务为例给出了业务特征的仿真实现。Basing on the introducing of IN service and service feature,software structure in center of data was setup.And the model of IN service feature had been made by the use of object oriented model technique.Finally taking the no.800 service as example and simulating realization of service feature was given.
