摘 要:在单养和鱼、蚌混养两种模式下研究三角帆蚌(Hyriopsis cumingii)养殖池塘夏、秋两季的昼夜溶氧波动特征,结果显示:试验养殖池昼夜溶氧波动范围在4.18~20.92mg/L;最大波动幅度16.74mg/L;总体溶氧值偏高,表、底溶氧差别不明显,夏季波动幅度较大。单养池塘的波动幅度大于混养。尽管单养投蚌饲料模式下池水叶绿素和净初级生产力较高,但蚌的生长混养依然优于单养。而且混养模式下,有利于降低水体的CODMn。Diurnal fluctuation of dissolved oxygen was studied in ponds single-culturing freshwater pearl mussel Hyriopsis cumingii and poly-culturing fish-mussel in summer and autumn. Result revealed: Diurnal fluctuate range of pond’s dissolved oxygen is 4. 18 ~ 20. 83 mg/L,most range was 16. 74 mg/L; Dissolved oxygen values were high in general. Difference of dissolved oxygen wasn’t significant between surface and bottom layer and fluctuate range was higher in single-culturing model and summer. Although water chlorophyll a and net primary productivity were higher in the monoculture model,however,the growth of mussels was still better than the monoculture and could reduce the CODMn in water in poly-culture model.
