武汉市2009年五苗接种率调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解武汉市免疫规划实施情况,为制定全市免疫规划工作相关政策提供科学依据。方法在全市14个区整群随机抽取840名儿童调查"五苗"接种率现况及影响接种率的相关因素。结果单苗基础接种率在86.19%～97.14%;单苗加强接种率在8.19%～89.20%;脊髓灰质炎、百白破、乙肝疫苗基础全程接种率在89.29%～91.55%,"五苗"全程接种率为74.40%;监护人文化程度、户籍状况、调查对象年龄等相关因素未对全程接种率造成显著影响,调查对象所在行政区划对全程接种率有显著影响。结论武汉市儿童"五苗"全程接种率有待进一步提高,单苗加强接种率亦需进步加强和提高。Objective To understand the implementation of the city＇s immunization program and provide scientific basis for establishing policy,the investigation of the five-vaccine coverage was carried out in in Wuhan,2009.Methods Cluster sampling method was applied,840 children from 14 districts of Wuhan were randomly selected to find out the current situation of the five-vaccine coverage and the related influencing factors.Results The basic inoculation rate of ＂single vaccine＂ were 92.62%-96.55%;the booster inoculation rate of ＂single vaccine＂ were 8.19%-95.83%;the overall basic inoculation rate of plio,DPT,hepatitis B vaccination were 89.29%-91.55%,the complete inoculation rate of the five vaccines was 74.40%.In addition,the education background of the guardian,residency status,age distribution of subjects and other factors were not significantly related to the complete immunization rate of the five-vaccine coverage,However,the administrative districts where the subjects belonged to,had significant influence on the five-vaccine coverage.Conclusions The complete immunization coverage rate of the children＇s five-vaccine in Wuahan city should be further promoted,the booster inoculation rate of the ＂single vaccine＂ should also be enhanced.
