子午沙鼠的微栖息地选择特征及其对采食行为研究

摘　　要：选择吐鲁番盆地沙质荒漠区,以子午沙鼠为模型研究典型荒漠鼠种的微栖息地选择和取食对策。结合网格样方法和人工食物盘法通过对目标种采食点与灌木(高度在1m以上)的距离(≤1m,≤2m和>2m),采食点地形地貌(土质-沙质,谷地-沙丘)的分析确定目标种的微栖息地选择;通过目标种对食物盘的取食强度(放弃密度GUD)确定目标种的微栖息地选择偏好。结果显示,目标种对距灌木≤2m点和≤1m点的选择差异不显著,对于≤1m和>2m的点选择差异显著;对于≤2m点和>2m点的选择差异显著。距灌木2m的空间可能是目标种取食活动的敏感范围。对于基底为土质或沙质的微栖息地,目标种选择差异显著,对于谷地和沙丘,目标种的选择没有显著差异。对GUD的分析显示,在距灌木2m范围内目标种的取食强度高于此范围之外,同时偏好在沙质地表采食,但在谷地和沙丘之间没有差异。The typical desert rodents microhabitat selection and foraging intensity were studied through the study of the typical desert species Meriones meridianus Pallas in Tutpan Desert.Combination of Grid method and artificial food plate,through analyzing the distance between feed point and shrubs（highly≥1m）（≤1m,≤2m and 2m）,landscape and surface feature of the feed point（soil texture-sandy,sand dune-the valley） the rodents microhabitat selection was determined.Through the rodents giving-up density to determine the rodents preferences of the microhabitat selection.The results indicated that the difference is not significant between the spot away from bush ≤1m and ≤2m,the difference is significant between the spot away from bush ≤1m and 2m;the difference is significant between the spot away from bush ≤2m and 2m.The space of the 2m shrubs maybethe sensitive range of the rodents foraging activity.For the microhabitat of soil texture and sandy,the difference is significant between soil texture and sandy,but the difference is not significant between sand dune and the valley.The analysis of the GUD demonstrates that foraging intensity the space in the 2m shrubs is significantly greater than spot away the 2m shrubs.at the same time the rodent prefers to foraging on the sandy,but the difference is not significant between the sand dune and the valley.
