摘  要:链霉菌属假浅灰链霉菌的新变种(WBF16)是分离自山东省威海市毕家疃海域的一株放线菌。为提高其代谢产物色霉素A2的产量,对其发酵条件进行优化,单因素和正交试验结合确定了其产生色霉素A2的优化培养基为:可溶性淀粉20.0 g,黄豆粉20.0 g,葡萄糖10.0 g,海盐25 g,蒸馏水1 000 mL。发酵条件为:发酵温度28℃,起始pH7.0,接种量为5%,发酵时间为7 d。优化后发酵液中色霉素A2为优化前的2.1倍,达到1.23 mg/L。The new strain of Streptomyces pseudogriseolus(WBF16)was isolated from a sea soil sample collected from Weihai, Shandong province, China. In the past research, active substance chromomycin A2 from the metabolize product of the actinomyces WBF16 was obtained, which showed anti tumor activity in vitro. In this article, we optimized the fermentation conditions to improve the productivity of chromomycin A2. It is confirmed that the optimum culturing conditions for producing chromomycin A2 by single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments, and the optimum culturing mediums are soluble starch 20. 0 g, soybean 20. 0 g, glucose 10.0 g, sea salt 25.0 g and distilled water 1 000 mL. The best fermentation conditions are temperature of 28 ℃, beginning pH 7.0, and 0. 5% of inocula and culturing for 7 days. Under the optimum mediums and the best fermentation conditions, the yield of chromomycin A2 is 1.23 mg/L, which is 2.1 fold of the past.
