摘 要:利用常规回交育种结合分子标记辅助选择技术,将高抗水稻白叶枯病Xa4和Xa23基因、广谱高抗稻瘟病Pi9基因聚合到同一株系中,获得了三基因聚合的纯合株系。选用广西具有代表性的13个稻瘟病菌株、白叶枯病广致病型菌系P6和中国7个流行菌系对杂交后代进行人工接种鉴定,结果表明,聚合了Xa4、Xa23和Pi9基因的株系09-371、09-375能同时抗白叶枯病和稻瘟病,对白叶枯病抗谱和抗性水平与供体材料W7相当,对稻瘟病的抗性与供体亲本75-1-127水平相当。Xa4、Xa23和Pi9三基因纯合株系可以作为水稻育种的多抗供体材料。In the present study, rice donor material W7 for bacterial blight and 75-1-127 for rice blast were used and back-cross breeding in combination with molecular marker-assisted selection was used to pyramid high rice bacterial blight resistance genes Xa4 and Xa23 and broad-spectrum rice blast resistance gene P/9 in a rice strain. By analysis and screening with molecular marker MP12, C189 and PB8, 2 three-gene (Xa4, Xa23 and Pi9) pyramiding homozygous rice strains 09-371 and 09-375 were obtained in F4. By artificial inoculation with 13 prevailing Guangxi strains of rice blast, broad pathogenicity bacterial blight strain P6, and 7 prevailing national strains of bacterial blight, three-gene pyramiding strains 09-371 and 09-375 were found to be resistant to both rice bacterial blight as well as blast at the same time. The level and spectrum of bacterial blight resistance in three-gene pyramiding strains were similar to the donor parent W7 of Xa4 and Xa23, and those of rice blast in three-gene pyramiding strains were similar to the donor parent 75-1-127 of Pi9. The three-gene pyramiding homozygous strains may be used as multiple-resistant donor parent in rice breeding programs.
