摘 要:采用PCR和RT-PCR对2004~2008年广西种猪场猪瘟(CSF)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)、猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)、猪伪狂犬病(PR)进行监控。结果表明,2004~2008年广西种猪场CSF、PRRS、PR、PCV2均有不同程度的发生,其中2004年阳性率最高,2008年阳性率最低(全部为阴性)。从2004~2008年,组织样品的PRRSV阳性率呈逐年下降趋势;CSFV和PRV的阳性率变化趋势相似,即2004年较高、2005年有所下降、2006年有所反弹、2007~2008年呈下降趋势;PCV2阳性率变化趋势则是在2005~2006年出现一个峰值。在公猪精液方面,PRRSV、PRV、PCV2阳性检出率呈逐年下降趋势。不同年份内不同疫病对种猪场的影响程度也存在差异。可见,以PCR和RT-PCR来监控种猪场疫病具有较高的可行性。Several infectious diseases in pigs, viz., classical swine fever (CSF), porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS), porcine circovirus II (PCV2) and pseudorabies (PR) were detected in pig-breeding farms in Guangxi using PCR and RT-PCR methods from 2004 to 2008. The results revealed that CSF, PRRS, PCV2 and PR in pig-breeding farms were detected out inordinately during 2004-2008, and the positive rate of these diseases were higher in 2004, while it was the lowest with 100% negative rate in 2008. The positive rate of PRRSV in tissue samples showed a gradual decrease from 2004 to 2008. The positive rate did not differed in case of CSFV and PRV which was higher in 2004 followed by a decrease in 2005 and increase in 2006 and finally showed declining trend from 2007 to 2008. The positive rate of PCV2 was at the peak during 2005-2006. The positive rate of PRRSV, PRV and PCV2 in semen of boar showed a declining trend year after year. Furthermore, the influence of different diseases on pig-breeding was different in different years.
