摘  要:从发病罗非鱼中分离获得2株呈β溶血的革兰氏阴性杆菌,经细菌形态、培养、生理生化特性初步鉴定为海豚链球菌,结合PCR检测、PCR产物核苷酸序列测序及Blast比对分析,进一步确定该分离菌株为海豚链球菌。致病性试验结果显示,该分离菌株为致病菌株,能引起罗非鱼发生海豚链球菌病;而药敏试验结果显示,该分离菌株对新霉素、氟苯尼考、菌必治、林可霉素、卡那霉素等药物高度敏感,但对氟哌酸、庆大霉素、痢特灵、链霉素、四环素等不敏感。Two pathogenic bacterial strains, a gram-negative bacillus with 13-hemolysis, were isolated from diseased tilapia in pond-breeding fish farm in Guangxi. The isolates were identified as Streptococcus inina based on morphology of bacteria, cultural performance, biochemical characteristics and the results of PCR diagnosis, nucleotide sequence of PCR products and analysis of NCBI blast. The results of pathogenesis test indicated that the isolates had pathogenesis and could introduce Streptococcus inina of tilapia. Drug sensitivity experiment showed that the isolates were highly sensitive to neomycin, florfenicol, ceftriaxone, lincomycin, kanamycin, etc., but were insensitive to norfloxacin, gentamicin, furazolidone, streptomycin and tetracycline, etc.
