摘  要:以被大蜂螨(Varroa destructor)寄生的意大利蜜蜂(Apis mellifera ligustica)为实验材料,分别采集有螨雄蜂、无螨雄蜂、有螨雄蜂蛹和无螨雄蜂蛹各40只,运用ISSR(inter-simple sequence repeat)标记对各样品进行DNA扩增,通过fine-dox3型凝胶成像系统分析各条带的片段大小,计算各特异性条带在有螨与无螨样品中的概率。结果表明:有些特异性条带在有螨与无螨样品中的概率差异极显著(P<0.01),由此推测,这些条带可能与蜂螨的选择性寄生有关。Experiments were conducted with Apis mellifera ligustica,which was infected by Varroa destructor.40 drones with vorroa mites,non-mite drones,pupas with mites and non-mite pupas,individually were collected.The length of the bands was analyzed by fine-dox3 chemidoc,it imaging system after PCR amplification and the probability of the peculiar-bands in the samples with and without mites was calculated.The results showed that the probability of some peculiar-bands in the samples with and without mites was significantly different(P0.01),It is hence conclueded that these bands have samething to do with the selective parasitism of mites.
