摘 要:以聚酯多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为主要原料制备了一系列环保型水性聚氨酯胶粘剂,研究了合成条件、DMPA用量和加入方式、溶剂、中和度、固含量对合成的水性聚氨酯乳液性能的影响,讨论了不同的固化剂用量对胶粘剂及RFID天线基材性能的影响。RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) has been a hot technology in the world. The substrate of RFID tag antenna was paid more and more attention for being one of the key materials. Aqueous polyurethane emulsion, adhesive was also increasingly needed. A series of environmentfriendly waterborne polyurethane(WPU) adhesives were synthesized with polyester glycol, toluene diisocyanate(TDI) and dimethylol butyric acid(DMBA) as main raw materials. The effects of synthesis conditions, DMPA content and added way, solvent, neutralization degree and solid content on the properties of waterborne polyurethane emulsions were studied; and the influences of different hardeners on the performance of RFID antenna substrate were discussed.
