摘 要:选取可溶性聚酰亚胺(PI)作为有机高聚物基体.通过正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)在聚酰胺酸(PAA的N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)溶液中进行溶胶-凝胶反应.制备出新型的聚酰亚胺/二氧化硅(PI/SiO2)纳米复合材料。并用UV-Vis、XPS、IR和SEM等方法对其溶胶-凝胶转变过程和水解-缩合反应机理进行了研究。结果表明,在水解-缩合反应过程中,TEOS与聚酰胺酸发生反应,生成较为稳定的中间产物;在高温亚胺化的同时完成溶胶-凝胶转变,原位(in-situ)生成SiO2凝胶网络,最终制得PI/SiO2纳米复合材料。A new class of soluble polyimide/silica hybrid films or solutions were poepared by the sol-gel reaction starting from tetraethoxyilane(TEOS) in the solution of polyamic acid in N- methyl-2-pyrrolidone. The hybrid films were obtained by the hydroysispolycondensation of TEOS in the polyamic acid solution, followed by heating st 270℃. UV-Vis, XPS, IR and SEM were employed tocharcterize the process and mechanism of sol-gel transition. The results obtained indente that the polycondensation of silica gel and imidization of polyamic acid are accomplished simultaneously. Before heated with high temperature, there exists a relative stableintermediate status, which mates the sol-gel route more flexible to prepare organic-inorganic nanocomposites.
