摘　　要：在进行摩托车驱动桥可靠性试验时,因摩托车驱动桥在我国目前尚没有相关的国家标准或是行业标准,如何真实客观地对其进行评价一直缺少相关的依据。通过对ZY-1A型正三轮摩托车驱动桥在典型路面上的道路载荷谱进行测量和研究,分析总结了道路试验载荷谱的编制方法,并应用该方法建立了ZY-1A型正三轮摩托车驱动桥的可靠性试验载荷谱。通过在MTS零部件试验系统上应用道路试验载荷谱完成摩托车驱动桥垂直弯曲疲劳试验的方法,实现了摩托车驱动桥室内模拟试验。While testing the reliability of the motorcycle drive-axle,since there is no relative national standard or profession regulation on motorcycle drive-axle,lacking basis to evaluate is a problem for long time.This paper summarized a build method of the road test load spectrum on type ZY-1A drive-axle of right three wheeled motorcycle by measuring and studying its stress loads on special road,and set up the reliability testing load spectrum of the ZY-1A drive-axle.This paper completed the vertical bend fatigue test of motorcycle drive-axle with the MTS component test system by using the test load spectrum set up above,realized the indoor simulation test of motorcycle drive-axle.
