摘  要:详细阐述了汽油机活塞从热边界确定到热耦合分析的整个过程,从AVLBoost软件中获得第三类边界条件,并在活塞,活塞销接触分析中叠加温度场获得热耦合分析效果。从温度分布、热应力、机械应力、活塞应变等方面考察活塞结构,为活塞的结构改进和优化提供了经验和理论依据。建立了活塞三维有限元模型,通过理论计算某发动机活塞热边界条件,对其进行温度场分析计算,得到活塞的三维温度场分布特征,对活塞的结构改进和优化具有一定的研究价值。In this theoretical,a detailed description about the whole process of thermal boundary determined and thermal couple analysis of piston of gasoline engine is made.By using AVL Boost,third boundary condition could be got.Effect of thermal couple analysis could be got by thermal field Superposition.Piston Structure is studied form several aspects,such as temperature distribution and thermal stress and mechanical stress.Its supports the further improvement of piston.The theoretical basis of the thermal analysis of piston is discussed and a 3-dimensional finite element model is built up.The thermal field of the piston is calculated,and the 3-dimensional thermal field distribution characteristic is got,therefore,The theoretical basis of the thermal analysis of piston have important research value.
