摘　　要：根据中小电气开关类企业特点和需求,采用U/C矩阵方法,实现了电气开关设备制造企业功能模块的划分和优化,利用基于客户机/服务器架构中的中间件技术、软总线技术,完成了电气开关类企业资源计划(ERP)项目的开发并成功投入应用,优化了企业内部业务流程,取得较好的经济效益和社会效益。According to the medium small electricity switch business enterprise characteristics and the need,the function model of the electricity switch business enterprise was divided and optimized by the method of U/C matrices. And the system design used the middle piece technology based on client/server structure and software bus technology to complete the development of the electricity switch business enterprise resource planning （ERP） item. The design system is successfully applied,optimized the affair process in enterprise,and obtained the better economic efficiency and social efficiency.
