经尿道等离子体切割术治疗高危前列腺增生症

摘　　要：目的:探讨经尿道等离子体切割术(TUPKVP)治疗高危BPH的安全性和疗效。方法:对86例高危BPH患者行TUPKVP治疗。86例术后均随访,时间为2～18月。结果:全部患者术后自行排尿通畅;TUPKVP前后前列腺国际症状评分、生活质量评分、最大尿流率比较,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道TUPKVP治疗高危BPH损伤小,安全性高,疗效确切且并发症少,适用于高危BPH患者。Objective： To investigate the safety and efficacy of transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of prostate （TUPKVP） therapy for patients at high risk. Methods： From Jan, 2008 to Dec 2009, 86 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia at high risk underwent TUPKVP. Of which, 86 cases were follwed up for 2 ～18 months. Results： All cases resumed normal urination after TUPKVP, IPSS decreased from 20.4±7.8 to 9.5±5.2, QOL inclined from 5.3±1.2 to 3.2±0.6, MFR increased from 9.5±1.1 to 15.6±2.1 （P0.05）.Conclusion： TUPKVP has advantages of minor invasion, safety, good efficacy and less complications and it fits for the treatment of high risk patients.
