自体干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨自体干细胞移植治疗糖尿病足的护理措施。方法:对8例进行自体干细胞移植的糖尿病足患者术前制定并实施有效的护理计划;术中密切观察病情变化并予以正确处理;术后密切监测生命体征及穿刺部位、治疗区域的情况,预防感染。结果:8例患者在移植过程中未发现与干细胞移植相关的并发症及不良反应,成功挽救了患肢。结论:自体干细胞移植术是治疗糖尿病足的一种安全、有效的方法,而合理的护理措施是手术成功的重要保证。Objective： To probe the care measures for treatment of diabetic foot by autologous stem cell transplantation.Methods： Effective care plan was mede for 8 cases of diabetic foot before the autologous stem cell transplantation. Intraoperative changes were closely observed and handled. After operation, the vital signs and the puncture site were closely monitored, regional situation treated, and infection prevented. Results：The complications and adverse reaction were not found in the transplant process, and the limb successfully saved. Conclusions： Autologous stem cell transplantation is a safe and effective method to treat the diabetic foot, and the reasonable care measures are important guarantee for success of the operation.
