摘　　要：以太原第一热电厂改进旧型翻车机卸车系统为例，分析影响原系统实现自动化的原因，介绍具体改进措施，以及改进后的使用效果。Taking the renovation of the old car unloading system with car dumper used in Taiyuan No.1 Thermoelectric Factory for an example,this paper analyses the causes for failing to realize the automation operation and gives specific improving measures and operating condition of the renovated one.
