摘　　要：目的观察纳洛酮治疗老年性瘙痒症病人的临床效果。方法 33例老年性瘙痒症病人,给予纳洛酮1 mg静脉滴注,每日1次,共14 d,观察治疗前后瘙痒评分的变化。结果治疗后14 d瘙痒评分较治疗前明显下降,差异有显著性(Uc=2.22,P<0.05)。结论纳洛酮对老年性瘙痒症病人有较好的临床疗效,可以作为治疗该疾病的一种方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of naloxone on pruritus senilis. Methods Thirty-three patients with pruritus senilis were given i.v.dripping of Naloxone（1 mg/d） for 14 days.Scores of itching were compared before and after the treatment. Results The scores of pruritus declined significantly after the treatment（Uc=2.22,P0.05）. ConclusionNaloxone shows relatively good effect in treating pruritus senilis,which can be used as an alternative treatment for this condition.
