急性胆囊炎病人腹腔镜胆囊切除手术技巧探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）治疗急性胆囊炎的手术技巧。方法对我院2008年1月—2009年4月施行122例LC操作经验进行总结分析。结果成功完成LC者118例（96.72%）,中转开腹4例（3.28%）。手术时间40~180 min,平均67 min。结论急性胆囊炎行LC是安全可行的,熟练掌握LC操作技巧可提高手术成功率。Objective To explore the surgical skill of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） in the treatment of acute cholecystitis. Methods The experience in 122 LCs done between January 2008 and April 2009 was summarized and analyzed. Results Of the 122 cases undergoing LC,118 succeeded（96.72%）,four were converted to open surgery（3.28%）.The mean（range） operation time was 67（40-180） minutes. Conclusion LC for acute cholecystitis is safe and effective.Skilled procedure may increase the success rate of the surgery.
