摘  要:采用多层结构制备了色纯度很好的白光有机电致发光器件(OLED)。将清洗后的ITO玻璃样片在质量分数为0.005%高锰酸钾溶液中进行超声处理15min。将处理后的ITO玻璃样片与没有经过高锰酸钾溶液处理的ITO玻璃样片,在同一条件下,采用同样的结构制备有机电致发光器件,结果表明,处理前后所制备的器件的性能发生了明显的改变,处理后的白光器件的效率提高了16%,亮度提高了近29%。White orgnic light-emitting devices(WOLED)with multi-layer structure and high color purity were prepared. In order to improve the efficiency of the devices,KMnO4 solution with the concentration of 0.005 Wt% was used to treat the indium tin oxide (ITO) anode for 15 minutes. WOLEDs with the same structure were fabricated with the ITO anode treated with KMnO4 solution and the untreated one respectively under the same conditions. A comparision was made between the two kinds of different WOLEDs. It is found that the device with the ITO anode treated with KMnO4 solution has many improvements such as a lower turn-on voltage,a 29% higher luminance,and a 16% higher efficiency.
