摘　　要：考察了在碱性条件下二氧化氯用于制革脱毛对脱毛效果、胶原蛋白及非胶原蛋白的影响,优化了氧化脱毛工艺条件;与硫化钠脱毛法对比试验结果表明,二氧化氯氧化脱毛可行,无硫化物污染,成革具有收缩温度高、抗张强度大、含铬量高、粒面紧实且细致等优点。Under alkaline condition, the influence of unhairing with chlorine dioxide on unhairing effect, collagen protein and non-collagen protein content were studied. Optimal oxidative unhairing conditions were presented. Contrast tests of conventional Na2S and chlorine dioxide unhairing methods show that the latter has e a lot of advantages including high shrinkage temperature of the resultant leather, excellent tensile strength, more Cr2O3 content, tight and smooth grain and free of sulfur pollution.
