摘　　要：本文给出了包钢转炉物料平衡，热平衡及主要技术经济指标，根据这些测定结果剖析了转炉设备、吹炼操作、工艺流程与生产管理存在的问题，提出了节能措施，可供包钢转炉工序实现“零能或负能炼钢”参考。Some results are given icluding the converter's material balance, heat balance, major economic technological indexes of Baotou Iorn and Steel Company. According to these results, the problems existed in the converter's structure, blowing operation, technology process and production administration are also analysed. The measures of energy saving are put forward.
