利用硼酸母液制备纳米氧化镁粉体

摘　　要：以碳酸氢铵和硼酸母液为原料制备纳米氧化镁.经过预处理后的母液,在有表面活性剂OP乳化剂的条件下,加入碳酸氢铵进行热解,再经过滤、水洗、醇洗、干燥、煅烧即可得到氧化镁粉体.经过X射线衍射和扫描电镜等检测,粒子达到纳米级.结果表明,该工艺可以将硼酸母液回收再利用.This paper is about the method of nano-sized magnesium oxide from mother liquor of boric acid and ammonium carbonate.After pretreatment,with the addition of organic surfactant,magnesium sulfate and ammonium carbonate reacted to produce nanometer oxide magnesium via filtration,washed by water and alcohol,drying and calcination.Through the determination of XRD and SEM,the particles were in the range of nanometer.The result proves that the craft route and determining method are practicable.
