无机阻燃剂硼酸锌的合成研究

摘　　要：介绍锌盐-硼砂合成低水合硼酸锌的实验方法,讨论原料质量比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产品产率及组成的影响,确定最佳的合成工艺参数:七水硫酸锌和十水硼砂的质量比为1/1.2,液固质量比5/1,反应温度90℃,反应时间7 h,硼酸质量分数为10%.通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、热重分析表征硼酸锌样品.采用硬脂酸钠对硼酸锌表面处理,将硼酸锌样品填充到聚氯乙烯中测试其阻燃性能,阻燃效果比较明显.The experimental method of synthesizing low hydrated zinc borate with zinc salts and borax was studied,and the influence of ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature,and reaction time on yields and construct of product was discussed,and a reasonable synthesis process was determined as follows：m（ZnSO4·7H2O）/m（Na2B4O7·10H2O）=1/1.2,liquid/solid 5/1,reaction temperature at 90 ℃,reaction time for 7 h,and density of H3BO3 for 10 %.Through the characterization of SEM、XRD and TGA,zinc borate samples were synthesized.Zinc borate was modified by sodium stearate,and zinc borate samples were filled into PVC to test its fame retardant performance.
