摘  要:采用维氏硬度压痕法和刚性球体压入法测试了几种工业用钢在不同氮化温度下氮化层的脆性,并对影响表层脆性的因素进行了分析。结果表明,在相同氮化温度下,不同材料的氮化层有着不同的脆性开裂抗力,不同氮化温度下的氮化处理层的脆性开裂抗力也不同。维氏硬度压痕法能较为简便地反映出氮化层的脆性,但其测试精度较低;刚性球体压入法较为全面地反映影响氮化层脆性的诸因素作用,物理意义明确,测试精度高。The evaluation of the impression made by Vickers pyramid and the rigid ball indentation method were used to determine the brittleness of nitrided layers of several industrial steels at various nitriding temperatures. The factors affecting surface brittleness were also studied. The results show that nitrided layers of different materials have different brittleness resistances, so do they at different nitriding temperatures. The evaluation of the impression made by Vickers pyramid can be used to determine the brittleness of nitrided layers simply and conveniently, but it is less precise. The rigid ball indentation method can reflect the factors affecting brittleness of nitrided layer. This method is much more precise and has clearer physical meaning.
