摘　　要：论述了生产中碳锰铁的原摇炉预炼工艺和改进后的摇炉加矿预炼工艺的特点 ,并进行了对比。实际生产表明 ,摇炉加矿预炼后 ,三炉联动率由原来的40 %提高到97 %以上 ,解决了热装生产线长期不能达产达效的技术难题 ,锰回收率由70 02 %提高到85 41 % ,年平均电耗达到625kWh /t。The paper expounds and contrasts improved MC FeMn presmelting process adding ore in rocking furnace with original process .Actual prodution shows presmelting MC FeMn with ore can increase three furnaces linkage rate from 40%to more than 97%,disolve the problem of that hot charging production line could not come up to the output and efficiency,increase Mn recovery from 70.02%to 85.41%,and average annual electric power consumption decreases to 625kWh/t.
