甘油水体系中碳酸钙的水热合成

摘　　要：在120℃下,分别在超纯水、甘油-水混合溶剂条件下水热合成了CaCO3晶体,用粉末XRD衍射方法和红外光谱对合成的晶体进行了表征,用扫描电子显微镜观察分析了生成的CaCO3晶体的形貌,研究甘油-水体积比对CaCO3晶体的晶型和形貌的影响.结果发现,在甘油-水体积比2/5,4/5中得到的是文石和方解石的混合物,但主要是文石晶体;在甘油-水体积比是7/5和纯甘油中得到的是球霰石和方解石晶体的混合物.Calcium carbonate particles were prepared by a precipitation reaction of urea with calcium acetate from water and organic solvents in the system of glycerol-water at 120℃.The as-prepared products were characterized by X-ray diffraction and FT-IR.The shapes were observed by scanning electron microscopy.The effects of different solvents on the crystal shape and morphology of the as-prepared CaCO3 were investigated and discussed.The results show that solvent can have a great influence on the shapes of CaCO3 at relative higher temperature.
