摘 要:对脱空率为0~1.24%、外径为168 mm、壁厚为5 mm、长为500 mm、内填C50混凝土的钢管混凝土短柱进行偏心受压试验.试验结果表明:短柱承载能力和破坏形态与脱空率和加载位置密切相关,脱空率越大,短柱承载能力下降越多、偏心侧的挠度越大;在脱空侧偏心加载时,脱空侧钢管出现凹陷,如脱空率较小,脱空钢管凹陷至混凝土断面,钢管壁局部凹陷使构件产生缺陷,导致构件承载能力降低;若脱空率较大,脱空钢管未凹陷至混凝土断面,构件因脱空处的混凝土破坏而整体承载能力下降;在非脱空侧偏心加载时,则未观测到脱空侧钢管凹陷.研究成果可为相关工程设计提供参考.The test was conducted on the failure mode of short concrete-filled steel tubes subjected to eccentric compression with separation ratio between 0 and 1.24%,outer diameter of 168 mm,pipe thickness of 5 mm,length of 500 mm,filled with C50 concrete.The test result shows that the bearing capacity and failure mode of the steel tubes are related closely to the separation ratio and position of loading,and with the separation ratio increase the bearing capacity will decrease but the flexibility increases on the eccentric side.Loading on the separate side,the depression appears on the separate side of the steel tube.When separation ratio is small,the steel tube depresses to the concrete surface,and the depression will lead to the weakness which causes the dropping of the bearing capacity.When separation ratio is big,the steel tube depresses to the concrete surface,and the damage of the core concrete will lead to the dropping of the bearing capacity of the whole component.Loading on the no-separate side,there is no depression on the separate side of the steel tube.Research results provide some useful references for the relevant engineering design.
