摘　　要：随着IC卡技术的不断发展,各种不同功能、不同接口的读写器不断出现,严重制约了IC卡仪表行业的发展,因此提出一种基于USB接口技术的多功能读写器的设计方案,给出USB接口单元的硬件电路,重点论述读写器软硬件的设计方法;同时为了保持上位机管理系统完整性,对上位机兼容接口程序的设计方法也作了说明.最后,将使用中的IC卡管理系统的读写器和接口驱动的动态库文件更换后,整个系统使用正常,表明研制的读写系统升级简单,这必将对企业推广产品具有很大的作用。With the continuous development of intelligent card technology,the development of instrument industry is severely restricted for a variety of different functions and different interfaces within read-write device.With the continuous development of intelligent card technology,the read-write device with different functions and interfaces constrains the development of the instrument industry.The design method of designing a multi-function device based on USB technology is proposed.In this paper,the circuits of USB interface are given;the theory of read-write device design is emphasized,and especially.Moreover,the techniques of the compatible program linked the computer and MCU are demonstrated in order to keep the integrity of DBMS（DBMS,database management system）.At last,the read-write device and dynamic link library were substituted by the new.And the new system running normally shows the upgrade of the read-write device and software is simple,which will promote the application of IC products.
