摘　　要：目的:为了解广东江门市社区儿童预防接种证查验和计划免疫工作现状。方法:自制调查表对2008-2009年我院地段入托入学儿童预防接种证进行登记、选表,并进行查验。结果:我院地段所属入托,入学机构,预防接种证查验率95%,登记率达100%,持证率为98.15%。疫苗漏缺种程度从高到低依次为白破疫苗、A+C群流脑疫苗、脊髓灰质炎疫苗、乙脑疫苗、麻疹疫苗、百白破疫苗、乙肝疫苗。结论:积极采取措施,提高疫苗接种率,对保护儿童身体健康具有重要的作用。Objective：To study the current situation of expanded programme on immunization（EPI） and immunization certificate of children in the community of Jiangmen City.Methods：Registration and selecting from was used to study the immunization certificate of children who enter kindergarten and school from 2008 to 2009 in Beijie District which neighbored our hospital.Results： The checking rate was 95% and registration rate of the immunization certificate was 100%.The percentage of kindergarten and school children with the immunization certificate was 98.15%.The number of the children who missed diphtheria vaccine was highest,followed by A ＋ C group of meningitis vaccine,polio vaccine,Japanese encephalitis vaccine,measles vaccine,DPT vaccine,hepatitis B Vaccine.Conclusions： Taking measures actively to improve vaccination rate play an important role in the protection of children＇s physical health.
